What We Clear
Overgrown fields and pastures, fence lines that have grown in, wooded edges where saplings have encroached on lawns, old logging roads, and trails. We can handle established brush up to small-tree diameter. Properties that haven't been cleared in 5+ years usually need an initial brush hog pass followed by maintenance every 1-2 years to keep them open.
Why It Matters for Rural Properties
If you stop maintaining a field, it goes back to forest in about 15 years. Once saplings get above an inch or two in diameter, it's no longer a brush hogging job — it becomes a logging or excavation job at much higher cost. Annual or biennial brush hogging keeps fields open at a sustainable cost.
Pricing
Per-acre or per-hour depending on the job. Open fields go fast; tight properties with obstacles (stumps, rocks, fence posts) take longer. We walk the property first and give a flat number.
